Shelly is great at meeting my travel needs. She is available and gives good advice. She works on vacations plans so that there are no problems with the trip.

The Royal Ballroom Dance Cruise is the name I have on file. Shelly Fogelman has taught to me why I should be loyal to Royal when it comes to servicing my dancing group. There are many hats you have to wear when you take on a project which accommodates 20-50 people per dance cruise; flights, hotel prior to cruise, transportation from airport to hotel to ship to airport, reserving a private room for dance classes for only our group and Shelly always has sent us a bottle of wine to our cabin to start off our cruise.

All I can say is that Shelly works really hard to keep my clients happy. And when they are happy my job goes so much easier and I am happy
